Top employers are looking for specific skills from millennial hires in 2017. In addition to typical leadership and communication skills, recruits should exhibit proof of attention, experience, agility and humility.
When asked what's of the utmost importance within this set of skills, No Limit Agency CEO Nick Powills says grit will give insight into a candidate's potential agility.
“If you can find grit in their story, such as having been told no or that they're not good enough, that turns into a soft personality trait I'm looking for," Powills said.
